In order for your membership to be canceled, you must complete form below. Please note our 30 day cancellation policy listed in membership agreement. Requests must be made by the 10th of the month to prevent future billing. You will have the option to bank or transfer lessons to another family member. Once the cancellation is processed your regular scheduled lesson time will be released to others. Do not cancel if you are unsure to avoid losing your premium lesson time. As a reminder, your membership fee includes 8 hours of education per month. Benefits include weekly lesson, unlimited access to Music Lounge, monthly hour jam session, monthly one hour workshop, performances, and access to our virtual learning academy. We hope to see you back in the studio soon.
